If French Country out of style?
French Country is not one of those trendy styles you must worry about. This type of furniture is very versatile and can fit into any room. It also adds warmth and character to a space.

Although many (including myself, guilty!) often use these two terms interchangeably, there is a difference between French Country style and French Provincial. There is also differences in these styles depending on if you are in America or actually in France.
French Country style is a more casual style. It is characterized by its use of natural materials such as wood, stone, wicker and wrought iron. French Provincial style is a more elegant style. There is less of a focus on rustic, instead honing in on luxury. Housedigest.com tells us to imagine a mix of "coastal minimal' and "French Regency" to achieve a ritzier style than French Country.
