We offer professional interior design services tailored to your needs:
Beginning with the Design Proposal and Letter of Agreement.
Payment of 100% of fees to initiate the project. This is often a flat-fee rate based on estimated hours of work at $100/hour with no hidden extras. Taxes do apply to design fees.
Provide assistance with measurements, your tradespersons, and plans with visual aids.
Developing a detailed design vision which includes tangible and conceptual elements.
Managing selections and payments for materials and products.
Coordinating with your tradespeople and establishing a project timeline.
Styling to add the finishing touches.
The final reveal where the space is showcased.
Media Day for capturing images and potentially showcasing the project on social media.
