We all have people in our lives who make us proud and those who put themselves on the line when we need them most. For me, it’s my husband, David. With his presence in my life, he's left an unforgettable impression of joy, empathy, courage and humility. Even though I often discuss decorating differences on my blog, I take this chance to share with the world how amazing he is. This is my tribute to David — a person of immense respect, cherished memories and ever-lasting admiration.

Furthermore, your problem-solving abilities are impressive, and your superior negotiating tactics are often invaluable. On top of that, you're self-motivated and strive to reach your goals. Celebrating The Good Times We’ve Shared Over the Years
As we approach the 20th anniversary of our Valentine’s Day Engagement in 2023, I feel immense gratitude for the bond, love, and friendship we've experienced throughout the years. Our engagement on Valentine's Day has served as a reminder that no matter what life throws our way, we are stronger together. I am humbled to have been blessed with such a wonderful journey and the many cherished memories we've made alongside family and friends. It's truly amazing to look back and remember all of the good times we've shared. God certainly knew what He was doing when He brought us together.
Nothing brings couples together like the thrill of exploration. From Mardi Gras to the Grand Canyon, I'm delighted to take getaways with you to experience the wonders of the world, reconnect, and just have fun. Whether it's taking in the starry sky in Sedona (while avoiding wild boar!) or joining the revelry of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, these trips provide us the perfect opportunity to escape ordinary life and prioritize our connection. We come back feeling recharged and more connected than ever. Adventure awaits us!
Your warm hospitality and knack for hosting make holiday parties effortless. From the moment people step into our home, a festive atmosphere instantly comes alive. You ensure there's enough food and drinks and begin conversations that entertain all. I'm in awe of your ability to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied – no matter how stressful the situation becomes. It's evident from your meal preps and coordinate décor that you put your heart into creating an enjoyable celebration for our family and friends. Your knack for making every holiday party a hit leaves me incredibly thankful.
Nothing is more romantic than strolling hand-in-hand along the beach at sunset. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore is the perfect reminder of the peace and tranquility of the moment. Taking in the sights and enjoying the beauty of nature together, without distractions or interruptions, allows us to share intimate conversations and create our own special memories. And that is something I'll cherish for years to come.
Sharing our favorite activity of going out for ice cream with our furbaby, Friday, is something I fondly remember too. We'd choose our flavors, savor the moment, and admire the sights around us - from tall trees and lush gardens to parks. Friday's highlight was always when you dropped your scoops on the ground, and he had the best time licking it up. These trips will remain as some of our most special memories as a couple, even in the changing times.
Snuggling up on the couch to watch our favorite movies is incredibly special. We get lost in the movie while being cozy and comfortable, cuddling up close together and sharing popcorn. We often lose track of time as I never get bored when we watch our movies together. Every experience is priceless and very meaningful - and when the credits roll, I can't help but thank God for our blessings.
I'm thankful to have deep, meaningful conversations about our shared interests and just savor each other’s company. Your thoughts, feelings, aspirations, and ambitions let me appreciate and connect with you on an authentic level. It's amazing how our conversations create moments of deep joy as we engage with each other in meaningful and enjoyable ways.
